Jesper Freinsilber
I provide legal advice to public as well as corporate and private clients on debt collection, attachment, restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, creditor agreements, avoidance, management liability etc.
As a certified insolvency lawyer I have considerable experience with handling of distressed companies, including winding up and bankruptcy proceedings with relation to distressed banks and large real estate corporations as well as small and medium sized corporations within among other production, trade, services, construction and hospitality.
I also provide legal advice on corporate law, commercial law and real estate, including security rights, formation and dissolution of companies, other corporate matters, contracts and contractual matters and acquisition of real estate.
Since 2014 I have been admitted to the High Court and I have substantial experience with litigation and arbitration regarding commercial matters assisting both public, corporate and private clients.
Furthermore I hold a PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
